McAuliffe welcomes the General Scheme of the Electoral Reform Bill

Changes will drag Ireland's election laws out of the last century — Paul McAuliffe, Fianna Fáil TD for Dublin North West and Spokesperson on Electoral Reform, has welcomed the publication of the General Scheme of the Electoral Reform Bill.
