The Rainy Day Fund should be used during COVID 19

Fianna Fáil TD for Dublin North West, Paul McAuliffe says that given the huge scale of the impact of COVID-19 on the economy, the €1.5 billion Rainy Day Fund should be deployed in Budget 2021 to support businesses and families through the crisis.
