In May, I attended the launch of the new dual diagnosis plan, which includes a new National Centre for dual diagnosis in Dublin North.

Dual diagnosis — where mental health and substance use issues occur together — has long been an under-served area. This plan is an important step in ensuring people get the integrated care they need.
