A Link to the Scrambler Bikes Bill

Earlier this week I introduced my first piece of new legislation in the combat of fighting the scrambler and quad bikes illegally used in our public parks and green areas. This Bill provides Gardaí with the powers they need to seize these vehicles and prosecute those using them dangerously.
